Travel to Ho Chi Minh City, you will found it an amazing city with so many motorbikes as it is the popular vehicle of Vietnamese people. Not like floating market in Thailand, Can Tho floating market offers goods for local people and people buy and sell things on their own boats. You will enjoy doing trade with these local boats while joining our Mekong Delta tour. Saying goodbye Vietnam, you will travel with speed boat on Mekong River to visit and have 1 free and easy day in Cambodia’s capital Pnom Penh. From Pnom Penh you will flight to Siem Riep city, visit Angkor Wat Temple and end up your full itinerary with Palm Vietnam Travel.

Day 1: ARRIVE HANOI

Arriving at Noi Bai airport, welcome by Palm Vietnam’s Tour guide and transfer to the reserved hotel in Ha No. Dinner at a local restaurant, relax and enjoy your first evening in The Capital of Vietnam. Overnight In Hanoi.

Meals: 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch

After Breakfast in Hotel, enjoy an excursion in Hanoi which is famous for its charm and peace. Visit the Mausoleum of president Ho Chi Minh, the ancient Tran Quoc royal pagoda, beautiful West Lake and the temple of literature, known as Vietnam’s first university from the old quarter. Lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon continue to enjoy Vietnamese traditional performance of water puppetry, visit Military Museum then Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Old Quarters, shopping at Silk Street Hang Gai. Take a night train to Lao Cai that departs at 21.45. Overnight on train.

 

NOTE: – During the months of October, November and all Mondays of the year Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi will remain closed and will be replaced by a panoramic visit.

Option 1: Arriving early in Lao Cai Station, transfer to Bac Ha Market (Only open on Sundays), Enjoy the colorful Market of Ethnic Minorities Dao, Giay, H’Mong, Safo, Hanhi… Or go directly to Sapa town, which is at 1650m above sea level, known as Vietnam’s famous alpine town that is misty and beautiful, is a part of the last mountains in the Himalayan chain including Mount Fan Si Pan 3,143 m. The environment here is vastly different than the rest of Vietnam being very cool at times. On the weekend, the town comes alive with a huge market. The market is a weekly tradition for the locals to gather and exchange wares.

 

Option 2: After breakfast, start to visit Laochai and Tavan Village for an ethnic minority experience that the culture here seems not yet been spoilt by outside influences. Enjoy picnic lunch on the way. Overnight in Sapa.

After Breakfast, Take a day to visit Ham Rong Mountain,and enjoy the dance of ethnic girls of H”mong, Tay, Giay, Hanhi, Dao…

Lunch in a restaurant in the centre of Sapa. In the afternoon, visit Taphin village where living Dao minority ethnic then transfer to Laocai and take a night train back to Hanoi that depatures around 20:45. Overnight on train.

Pick up at the train station, transfer to a breakfast before ready for Halong Bay. At around 8:00 am to 8:30 am leave Hanoi by minivan for Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life.

 

Arrive in Halong and board the traditional sailing junk. Have lunch with regional fresh seafood while explore Halong bay on the most wonderful route: Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Sail island, Binh Phong mountain, Man’s head island, Tortoise island. Land on a beautiful island, climb up and enjoy the great view of Halong bay from Titop, swim in the emerald water of Halong Bay or relax by the beach. Visit Luon cave with paddle boat. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Join the Crew’s squid fishing or enjoy a Karaoke party. Overnight on board.

Wake up and enjoy the sunrise, a wholesome breakfast before visiting the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Continue visiting Baitulong bay En route the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose! After another wonderful fresh seafood lunch on Board, check-out the boat and take a van back directly to Noi Bai Airport to catch a flight to Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Breakfast, visit the last imperial capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 and has recently been recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site. A day tour of Hue offers us an opportunity to explore the “Forbidden City”, Imperial Palace or another nice boat cruise on the Huong River to view some fine examples of Buddhist architecture and visit Thien Mu pagoda. This is your chance to explore the center where the history, culture and romance all combine. Visit Khai Dinh Tomb and Tu Duc tomb, home to over 140 historic works of architecture. Overnight in Hue.

Breakfast, Heading south, we visit the fascinating Cham museum in Danang and explore the Buddhist Shrines of the Marble Mountain Caves. Departure to Hoian, a small and charming town that located by Thu Bon River. Afternoon we will make a stroll between the 844 houses and temples in Hoian, including the Tanky’s House, 200 years of antiquity, with Chinese poems written in nacar inlaid, or ever the structure oldest call “The House at Tran Phu St.”, made of carved wood. Visit city’s Market, one of the most colorful places of the trip. Overnight in Hoi an.

Free and easy until time to transfer to Danang Airport for a flight to Nha Trang. In the afternoon, try mud bath in Pornaga hot spring in Nha Trang. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Start the day by visiting Bao Dai’s Palace, Institute of Aquarium to see the abundance of the ocean then cruise to Mun Island which is famous for snorkeling with lot of lively colorful corals and fish. Freely swim in Tam Island. Lunch and cruise back to the city and visit Cham’s Pornaga Temple, the most important spiritual place for Cham People. Overnight in Nha Trang.

After breakfast start a half day for Cuchi tunnel may start in the morning where The revolutionary center of the guerrilla’s tunnel system covers close to 200 km underground, and the secrete system once dug under an US air base. The tunnels once spanned even to the area close to the Cambodian border to the city limits of Ho Chi Minh City. Here we will be able to know the laborious life of the Cuchi guerrillas in the tunnels of hundreds of kilometers.

 

Lunch in a fine restaurant in Saigon before A brief city tour visits two fine examples of French colonial architecture, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. In the afternoon, Visit the Criminal Musem and Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Saigon.

After Breakfast, start a full day trip to Cai Be, the watery world of the Mekong Delta. Take a boat trip along narrow waterways overhung with dense vegetation and try exotic fruits in one of the many orchards. Enjoy the landscape of the Mekong delta where we take a boat to visit the floating market CAIBE, lunch in a bonsai garden, try local Elephant Ear Fish. Continue drive to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.

Starts from Ninh Kieu boat quay, we cruise along the small and picturesque tributaries, we will see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong canals and you will roam through the village to visit rice husking mill and a rice noodles making shop.

Then continue going to Chau Doc. Check in on arrival. Visit the fish farm on the river, Cham Village, weaving technique and Islam Mosque. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Wake up early morning to transfer to Chau Doc harbor and take an express boat to Phnom Phenh, Cambodia. Arriving Phnom Penh in the afternoon, guide and car are ready to Pick up at Boat Station then transfer to hotel for check in.

Free for leisure & overnight in Phnom Penh. Pick you up on arrival and transfer to the hotel, check in and free time at leisure on your own of exploration the city. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel, Transfer to Siem Reap by flight, on arrival transfer to your hotel for check in.
In the afternoon visit Angkor Wat and transfer back to hotel after viewing sunset at Bakheng Mountain. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel, Siem Reap.

Breakfast at hotel. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon, and Neak Poan. Lunch not included. Visit Krovan, Royal Bath of Srah Srang and Banteay Kdei temples. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel, Siem Reap.

Breakfast at hotel. Visit to the floating village and take a boat trip on the Tonle Sap. Lunch at local restaurant.
