What if I arrive late and miss part of the trip?
If you travel on your own and you know in advance that you’ll be arriving late, please let us know for further arrangement. We’ll provide you the most up – to – date information to “ catch up” with the group. Some activities can be reimbursed upon the staff availability.
If you arrange the transport with Palmvietnam, we can wait at the pick up point no later than 10 minutes. Any no-show will be treated as a no show and no reimbursement can be made.
